I forgot to include something in an order I placed earlier today. Can I add to it?
We've aim to make this process as easy as possible. Please follow these simple steps and your product will be on its way to you very soon.
1. Find an item you want to buy
2. Choose the quantity on the right hand side of the product page.
3. Then click Add to Cart to add the item to your Shopping Cart. You can see how many items you currently have in your shopping cart by looking at View Cart in the top right bar.

4. Once you've finished shopping, click on Shopping bag, located in the top right corner of the screen, or click the Go to checkout button on each product page.
5. Once you reach the checkout screen, if you have a catalogue code, enter it in the box on the left. Otherwise, click the Checkout button
6. If you are an existing FunToSee customer, please enter your username and password and click Checkout
7. If you're a new FunToSee customer, you'll need to register your details. Registering makes it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process. You have the option to continue without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details.
8. Once you are logged in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need confirm your delivery choice and then proceed to Payment
9. If you have a FunToSee credit, please advise in the Credit Instrustions box at the payment screen
10. Enter your payment details and click Confirm order
11. You should see a message confirming your order has been placed and is being processed. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
Click on the pictures and hover the cursor over the picture. You can see an enlarged picture and move it around.
Every care has been taken to use images that reflect the actual color of the product. However, slight variations may occur.
If you place an order on our website, payment is made immediately. If ordering by phone (1-800-351-1538) payment is made immediately, but may take a few days to show up in your account.
Yes, however, this website is primarily for customers based in the USA or Canada. International orders can be placed on this site, but will incur additional shipping and customs charges.
Please use our UK website for orders outside the USA or Canada, or to request information on international distributors and stockists outside the USA/Canada.
Prices are show in either US OR Canadian dollars. Please click on the relevant flag to show preferred currency.
Once your order has been placed you can add further items to this order. If shipment is to Canada or elsewhere outside the USA you will be charged for shipment of the additional item.
I have a discount code. Can I use it on multiple purchase items?
Yes you can. The majority of our discounts can be used on multiple buys, unless we’re running a product specific promotion or unless otherwise stated.
Can I use two discount codes at once?
Sorry, no. You can only use one discount code at a time. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Can I use discount coupon codes and gift certificates on sale items?
Sorry, no. Offers, promotions and discount codes cannot be used on gift certificates or sale items.
