Our FunToSee USA site ships to USA, Canada and South America. If you are outside these regions please visit our international site FunToSee.co.uk.
We ship everything by USPS or FedEx depending on the value of your order, and the shipping method you select.
Once payment has been received, your FunToSee goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. On the day of dispatch you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way.
If, for any reason, an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email or call you, together with an indication of when your goods may arrive.
FunToSee ships worldwide, although if you are outside the USA and Canada please email info@FunToSee.com for your local dealer as this may save you on shipping costs.

If you are placing an international order you may be liable for customs or import duties. These will be your responsibility, as FunToSee have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
FunToSee reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available.
Orders. Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order. Wherever possible we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email Info@FunToSee.com with a valid reason, order number, and billing address and we will get back to you within 48 Hours.
If you want to exchange an item, please return the original item within 14 days to FunToSee (US) address below, with a clear indication of the item you would like to exchange it for.

If the item you are returning is more expensive than the item you would now like to exchange it with, you will receive FunToSee Store credit for the price difference. In the event that the item is more expensive, FunToSee will contact you for the extra payment.

Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Your legal rights are not affected by these statements.
What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
You will receive FunToSee store credit for the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
How long do I have to exchange items?
You can return for an exchange or FunToSee store credit at any time up to 1 month from receipt.
