Stock 

A good supply of stock is maintained in our US warehouse. On occasion, supply does run out. We try to advise of ‘temporarily out of stock’ items on the website. If, for any reason, an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email or call you, together with an indication of when your goods may arrive.

Delivery

Free delivery to USA (sorry, NOT Canada. We wish we could) 

Once payment has been received, your FunToSee goods will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. On the day of dispatch you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. 

We offer an Express USA delivery service too. Prices for this depend on your zip code and what you’ve ordered. You will see the Express Delivery price during the shopping process, with no obligation to proceed with Express Delivery if you change your mind.

Discounted prices

Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale products. 

Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We would also recommend that you send it certified mail.

Sales Tax

The amount of sales tax to be charged can depend upon many factors including the value and type of item purchased and the shipping destination. Items sold by FunToSee and shipping to certain destinations are subject to sales tax.
